The International Fluid Power Society (IFPS), Fluid Power Master Mechanic (MM) certification is for professionals in the fluid power and motion control industry who hold the IFPS Industrial Hydraulic Mechanic certification, the IFPS Mobile Hydraulic Mechanic certification, and the IFPS Pneumatic Mechanic certification.

Fluid Power Master Mechanic (MM)

Renewal Period: 5 years

The Fluid Power Master Mechanic (MM) credential has the following recertification information:

  • The MM certification is renewed every five years by completing recertification requirements for the IFPS Industrial Hydraulic Mechanic certification, the IFPS Mobile Hydraulic Mechanic certification, and the IFPS Pneumatic Mechanic certification. To recertify, MM certification holders must complete 15 professional development points (PDPs) for each of the three certifications and pay one recertification fee.
