COOKS - Cooks perform a variety of functions in the galley to support the food service operation onboard. The Chief Cook heads the galley staff and comes under the supervision of the Chief Steward with the Supply Department. MMD REQUIREMENTS: Steward Department (SD) and Food Handling (FH).
