Education and/or Experience REQUIREMENTS
Candidate with or in an HR-related program that is less than a bachelor's degree must have three years of experience in an HR role.
Option 2:Candidate with or in a non-HR program that is less than a bachelor's degree must have four years of experience in an HR role.
Option 3:Candidate with an HR-related bachelor's degree must have one year of experience in an HR role.
Option 4:Candidate with a non-HR bachelor's degree must have two years of experience in an HR role.
Option 5:Candidate with an HR-related graduate degree must currently be working in an HR role.
Option 6:Candidate with a non-HR graduate degree must have one year of experience in an HR role.
Note: Less than a bachelor’s degree includes working toward a bachelor’s degree, associate degree, some college, qualifying HR certificate program, high school diploma, or GED.
