The Resilience-Building Leader Program, Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer (RBLP-T) certification is an advanced-level certification for senior leaders that have experience in building resilient teams, facilitating team learning, and supporting organizational learning. RBLP-T candidates are required to meet one of several education and/or experience requirements. Candidates must pass an oral exam.

Education and/or Experience REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have a high school diploma or global equivalency plus 20 years of full-time direct and/or shared leadership experience.
Option 2:
Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree plus 12 years of full-time direct and/or shared leadership experience.
Option 3:Candidate must have a graduate degree plus eight years of full-time direct and/or shared leadership experience.
Option 4:Candidate must be an active-duty member or veteran of the U.S. Military at paygrade O3 and above, W3 and above, or E8 and above.
Note: Applicable leadership training may be considered as mitigation for up to 20% of the leadership experience requirement.
The RBLP-T certification is a 3.5 hour oral exam that measures competency of factual, conceptual, and procedural knowledge on applicable domains.
