The American Institute of Constructors (AIC), Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) credential is the highest level of certification in AIC's Constructor Certification Program. The certification is recommended for established constructors who have several years of project oversight experience. Candidates must meet minimum education and/or experience requirements. Candidates must pass a written exam.

Experience REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have four years of qualifying experience and have earned the Associate Constructor (AC) certification, of which two years must have been for managing the execution of construction work.
Option 2:Candidate must have eight years of qualifying experience and/or education, of which two years must have been for managing the execution of construction work.
